1. Principal Scientist/ Sr. Principal Scientist: 01
Qualification:
a). Principal Scientist: The candidate must have a PhD in any Science subject in the area of Plant Ecology/ Environmental remediation/ assessment/ management/ Abiotic Stress Biology followed by 03 years research experience in the relevant area.
b). Sr. Principal Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of Plant Ecology/Environmental remediation/ assessment/ management/ Abiotic Stress Biology followed by 06 years research experience in the relevant area.
2. Principal Scientist/ Sr. Principal Scientist: 01
Qualification:
a). Principal Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the areas of assessment/ characterization of biodiversity, studies on Taxonomy of higher plants/ Algae/Lichens/ bryophytes/ pteridophytes followed by 03 years research experience in the relevant area.
b). Sr. Principal Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of assessment/ characterization of biodiversity, studies on Taxonomy of higher plants/ Algae/ Lichens/ bryophytes/ pteridophytes followed by 06 years research experience in the relevant area.
3. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 02
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject (Submitted) in the area of Introduction, Conservation, Characterization, Domestication and Documentation of Ornamental Plants.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of Introduction, Conservation, Characterization, Domestication and Documentation of Ornamental Plants followed by 02 years research experience in the relevant area.
4. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 02
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject (Submitted) in the area of Biodiversity/ Assessment/ Characterization, and Biodiversity studies of Angiosperms/ Lower plants.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of biodiversity/ assessment/ characterization, and biodiversity studies of Angiosperms/Lower plants followed by 02 years research experience in the relevant area.
5. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 02
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject (Submitted) in the area of Plant Ecology/Environmental remediation/assessment/ management/Abiotic Stress Biology.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of Plant Ecology/Environmental remediation/assessment/ management/Abiotic Stress Biology followed by 02 years research experience in the relevant area.
6. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 01
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject (Submitted) in the area of Management of Plant Diseases/ Insect pests.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of Management of Plant Diseases/ Insect pests followed by 02 years research experience in the relevant area.
7. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 01
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject (Submitted) in the area of Plant Science.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have PhD in any Science subject in the area of plant science followed by 02 years work experience in the relevant area.
8. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: 01
Qualification:
a). Scientist: The candidate must have ME/ M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information & Communication Technology/ Information Technology/ Information & Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Applications.
b). Sr. Scientist: The candidate must have ME/ M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information & Communication Technology/ Information Technology/ Information & Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Applications with 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Application Fee: Rs.100/-. SC/ ST/ Women/ PWD/ abroad candidates and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.
