1. Research Associate: 08
Qualification: The candidate must have i) Master's degree in any of the following subjects with 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average: a) M.Sc. [Ag] in Soil Science/Agronomy/ Environmental Science/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Agro-meteorology. OR b) M.Sc. in Sericulture/ Geo-Informatics/ Meteorology/ Botany. OR c) M.Tech. in Agril. Engg. with specialization in Soil and Water Conversation/ Farm Machinery and Power. ii) Two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagement.
Age Limit: 40 years for men; 45 years for women.
Emoluments: Rs.38,000/- per month
2. Sr. Research Fellow (Crop Sciences): 05
Qualification: The candidate must have Master's Degree in Genetics/ Molecular Biology/ Plant Physiology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Botany.
Age Limit: 35 years for men; 40 years for women.
Emoluments: Rs.25,000/- per month
3. Sr. Research Fellow (Natural Resource Management): 07
Qualification: The candidate must have
i) M.Sc. (Ag.) in Soil Science/ Agronomy. OR
ii) M.Tech. in Agril. Engineering/ Civil Engineering with specialization in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering/ Water Resource Engineering. OR
iii) Masters degree in Geo Informatics/ Geography/ Remote Sensing.

4. Sr. Research Fellow (Crop Protection): 02
Qualification: The candidate must have M.Sc. [Ag.] in Entomology/ Plant Pathology. OR M.Sc. in Zoology/ Entomology/ Microbiology.

5. Sr. Research Fellow (Computers & Statistics): 02
