Jr. Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification: The candidate must have a first class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in B.Tech./ BE in Electrical Engineering and A first class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in M.Tech in Power Electronics. The candidates must have GATE qualification. Exposure to fabrication & testing of power electronics circuits is desirable.
Salary: Rs.25,000/-

Qualification:
i). JRF: The candidate must have a first class B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering and A first class M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering.
ii). SRF: Qualification prescribed for JRF with 2 years of research experience.
Salary:
JRF: Rs.25,000/- per month
SRF: Rs.28,000/- per month
